Reminders |
| |
The JCC Board of Directors would like to remind each member of the following policy pertaining to past due member accounts as set by the Club’s By-Laws.
Please be advised strict enforcement of this by-law will begin immediately.
Article III Revenue & Expense, Section 3:
Any member who shall fail to pay his dues or any other indebtedness due by him to the Club within forty-five (45) days from the date of billing is declared delinquent, and may be suspended and barred from the privileges of the clubhouse and grounds. Notice of such suspension shall be mailed to the member by certified mail, return receipt requested, but not necessary, and the member shall stand suspended until he shall have paid such indebtedness. Failure to clear his account within sixty (60) days of the date of billing will be considered an act of abandonment of his membership, and his membership may be canceled by the Club. When any member is suspended for non-payment of dues, no further charges for dues will be made. If his account is not cleared within sixty (60) days any money owed at the time of suspension will be considered a bad debt.
