Presidents Message

 
If April showers bring May flowers, then we may be able to open up our own nursery.   Outside of the weather, April was a
 great month for us. The Fun Fest tournament, along with the Easter brunch, was very successful.  The golf course is in as good 
a shape this early as I have ever seen it. The greens have really improved and are firm and fast.  
 
This month we have several projects that we hope to get completed. The new pump house should be done by the 15th, 
weather permitting, as well as completion of the new patio extension. We hope to get started on the new retention pond 
on no.16 in the next week. This will solve our drainage issues that we have had to deal with for years. We plan on repaving 
all of the damaged and worn cart paths starting this month as well. A new roof for the clubhouse along with ventilation for the
 heat and air units will begin this month also.
 
We are doing our best to address the issues and complaints of our membership.  We are very excited about these projects and
 think they will eliminate some major problems that we have yet to conquer. Don't forget to make reservations for the Mother's 
Day brunch.  We are expecting a huge crowd, so bring your family out to honor your mother, grandmother, or wife on their 
special day.
