Chef’s Page
Thanks for stopping in on our Chef’s Page. If you haven’t noticed, we have changed our weekly specials routine just a little. Instead of two announced weekly specials in the newsletter there will now be only one. This gives us more flexibility with other specials, blue plate dinners, etc. We will have the one announced special and at least one or two other specials that may change on a daily basis. This will allow us to do things that are fresh and in season, such as different types of fish or vegetables. This system will also be more cost effective.
As always we look forward to feedback on the food and service you are receiving. We always have an open door, so if you have any food ideas or things you would like to see on the menu please stop in and talk with us. Thanks to the members who already have. We love the opportunity to talk “food” with anyone, anytime!
We have had great turnouts for our Sunday brunches, as we have gone to a more home-cooked style food buffet. It’s a great place to bring the family Sundays!
Thank you for your support and we hope to see all of you around the club and dining room!
