Managers Message
A Payment Reminder from the JCC By-Laws…
All dues are billed monthly in advance. All indebtedness must be paid by the 20th of the month; otherwise a late charge of 10% will be added and the member declared delinquent. If the account remains unpaid after 45 days from billing the member is suspended and barred from the Clubhouse and grounds. (The names of suspended and expelled members are posted on the Club’s bulletin board.) Failure to clear an account within 60 days of the date of billing is considered an act of abandonment of membership. Each member is responsible for the charges of his or her guest(s).
We do accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express for payments but the credit card must be presented in the office for payment. We can also set up a draft from your specified account to pay your charges each month. A $20.00 service charge will be made for each check returned for non-sufficient funds. Following two such charges, no personal checks will be accepted. The account will then have to be paid by money order or cash.
Dress Code
Appropriate casual wear will be generally acceptable throughout the club except for special occasions when more formal attire will be specified. Caps are not allowed in the Dining Room.
Swim Suits are not allowed in the Clubhouse.
Golfers are required to use soft spike shoes on the golf course. Golfers are required to wear collared shirts.
Other noteworthy items…
There will be a $25.00 assessment on your June 2009 statement to pay for the Fireworks on July 4th. Please make plans to spend your holiday with us.
Children under 16 are not allowed in the bar. This is to include infants. Parents are not to order any alcoholic beverage to be served to their minor children (under 21).
I would like to remind everyone that bringing any Food or Beverage onto Club grounds is against club policy and is subject to a $25.00 fine.
If you have changed your e-mail address in the past few months or if you would like to receive mail from us, stop by the office and speak with Mitzi or e-mail Frankie at frook@jcclub.com and we will add you to our mailing list.
RidgePointe Members
RidgePointe members are no longer allowed to reciprocate back to their club. As with our members at RidgePointe, they will have to pay with a credit card (Visa & Mastercard Only) each time they come out. Also, there will be an automatic 10% transaction fee added (rather than the 15% reciprocal fee previously charged). RidgePointe members are not allowed to use our pool unless they are with a JCC member. They will be considered an in-town guest and as a JCC member you will be charged the $5.00 guest fee. As a reminder you are limited to bringing the same person to the pool to only one time per week. You may wish to pass this information on to any of your friends, business associates, etc. who use our Club so they are not caught unaware the next time they are here.
Important Reminders:

No pets in the Club House. If your pet is on the course please bring your pooper scooper.

Children must be 16 years of age to drive a golf cart. There should be no more than 3 passengers and everyone must be seated.

If you are using the course as a short cut to your destination you must stay on the cart path.

Bicycles may not be ridden on the cart paths. This is very dangerous for your children.

To avoid an accident when entering the club parking lot please use the proper ENTRANCE and EXIT.
